For most health screenings, we can arrange appointments within 3–5 business days. For specialist consultations, our fast-track service can secure appointments within 48–72 hours at partner hospitals.
Do you provide medical interpretation?
Yes. We provide certified medical interpreters who accompany you through consultations, procedures, and discharge. We support English, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, and other languages.
What about medical visas?
We provide complete medical visa support including invitation letters, documentation guidance, and checklist review. Our team ensures your visa application is complete and compliant with Chinese requirements.
Can I get a second opinion before committing to treatment?
Absolutely. Many of our patients start with a second opinion or diagnostic trip. We can arrange consultations with multiple specialists across different hospitals to give you a comprehensive view of your options.
How do payments work?
Our service fees are transparent and agreed upon before any commitment. Hospital and medical costs are paid directly to the hospital. We never mark up medical costs — our coordination fee is separate and clear.
Do you support family companions?
Yes. We arrange hotel, transport, and itineraries for companions and family members. Our coordination includes discharge planning and follow-up care for when you return home.
